Pickup Policy

We process all orders within 6 working hours, after which your item is ready for pickup. Please you’re expected to come or send your representative for pickup within 5 business days(with your full name and order number). After this timeframe, we’ll return the product(s) to our shelves, and if SOLD OUT, we’ll not issue a refund; however, you can select products of equivalent value for replacement. Please, if you cannot pick up within 5 business days, DO NOT choose Kaduna store pickup.
